Grand Hyatt Dalian Hotel, Dalian

My stay at the Grand Hyatt Dalian was truly exceptional, with breathtaking ocean views from my room, friendly and attentive staff, and excellent facilities. The breakfast and in-room dining experience were highlights, although the rooftop bar could use improvement in service quality and atmosphere. Overall, it was a fantastic choice for both leisure and business, offering great value for money.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt in Dalian. The hotel is in excellent condition with spacious rooms offering breathtaking ocean views. The staff provided exceptional service, with standout moments from Brian and Flora that truly enhanced my experience. However, the dining service at the Smokehouse could use improvement, as our food took quite a while to arrive. Overall, it’s a fantastic option for both business and leisure visits.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The views from my room were simply breathtaking, especially with the ocean and the vibrant city lights at night. The location was perfect for walking to nearby attractions and shopping. However, the heat in the mornings made it uncomfortable at times, and the service, while decent, could have been a bit more attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience that I'd love to repeat!
